The Womb Wise Woman is a 12 week immersion takes us on a journey deep into the sanctuary of our womb where you will discover ancient feminine wisdom, hormonal gifts, how to clear generational distortions, work with the true power of your sexual energy, and land deeply in your exquisite body. Join us on this 12 week immersion to reconnect to your feminine wisdom.
A woman’s power lies within her body, yet we have been taught that our body isn’t trustworthy.
Our feminine essence is nourished within the womb. Yet for many generations women have been severed from our womb intelligence leaving us with hormone imbalances, infertility, self-judgment, sexual issues, distorted body image, pelvic floor problems, unhealthy relationships, and limiting beliefs about our worth.
Through somatic work, we access the deep personal and ancestral stories, both empowering and hindering, held within the body. These stories shape our choices, and when outdated imprints remain they lead to beliefs and decisions that may not serve us.
Feminine wisdom is embodied wisdom.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Kheyrne Danu is a trauma-informed somatic embodiment coach and holistic hormone coach who has spent the last 20 years studying all things that support women’s innate needs. She began her own womb work practice 29 years ago and has been exploring a trauma-informed perspective of sacred sexuality for the last 16 years.
Kheyrne has a deep love and fascination for the feminine body and the stories we hold within them. She is focused on reconnecting women with their innate feminine intelligence and feels there is an ancient pulse of life that moves through us all and once we tap into it we can heal old wounds and ignite our vital energy.

Structure
We will meet weekly on Wednesday evenings online at 6pm SAST time.
A WhatApp group will be created for continuous support and feedback throughout the three months.
Weekly emails will include notes on the weeks subject, the practice for the week and a video of somatic process.
