SOS – Stepping Out of Survival Mini Workshop

Stepping out of survival is how we heal anxiety and fatigue and access spaciousness and self trust. This is how we lay the foundation of moving through the world from our power center. 

The constant feeling of pressure, not enough time, not enough energy, not doing enough or simply living in overwhelm are all signs your nervous system is stuck on alarm.

What protected us then is depleting us now.

We can even have a perfect lifestyle and spiritual practice and still be swirling in survival mode.

 

There is no such thing as an over-sensitive human. There is no such thing as naturally high wired. These are nervous system imprints that we developed as coping mechanisms early in life. What protected us then is depleting us and blurring our perception now.

We will take a deep dive into releasing our survival reactions and cultivate healthy boundaries, discernment, self trust, accessing our innate intelligence and generally creating a sense of spaciousness and freedom in our lives.

When we feel at home in our bodies we feel at home in life. We are able to navigate our world with trust and discernment.
