About Course

We can have a perfect lifestyle and spiritual practice and still be swirling in survival mode.

Stepping out of survival is how we heal anxiety and fatigue. In this workshop we take a deep dive into releasing our survival reactions and cultivate healthy boundaries, discernment, self trust, accessing our innate intelligence and generally creating a sense of spaciousness and freedom in our lives. This is how we lay the foundation of moving through the world from our power center.

What protected us when we were young is now depleting us, and blurring our perception.

There is no such thing as an over-sensitive human. There is no such thing as naturally high wired. These are nervous system imprints that we developed as coping mechanisms early in life.

When we feel at home in our bodies we feel at home in life.
